Masiel

Hi I'm Masiel and am in the fourth grade. My student number is #12 and I'm 10yrs old. I love to play futbol (soccer) and I'm Dominican and am learning English and I just think it is fantastic to be studying it! My eyes are brown and I have long hair and my teeth are white. I'm pretty and my coloring is Indian. I love to play and draw. My favorite vacation is when I went to Bavaro. It is at the very end of the island. It is a beach that has a hotel. When I went I swam in the pool and I rode on a train and then it left me really faaaar away! but it was so much fun.

Dear Massiel, I was fun to see your picture and read about you on the blog. I'm glad you like to draw because that gives me an idea for your birthday present. I will mail it when I get back to Minnesota. Right now I am visiting my sister in Michigan. She had taight 1st and 2nd graders for 40 years. Have a great summer.

Next Week | Fantastic Fourth

We will be entering our fourth grade expedition period. Our theme is the rainforest and we will be studying all about the Brazilian rainforest and all about interdependency: How the survival of the different species depends on the health of ecological systems that may be near or far away.
